When tenants approached us about rent rises, broken utilities, crazy parking charges and unaffordable heating bills, we took action! After a visit to their offices in Manchester last month, ACORN secured a sit down with the CEO. Following this, Ocasa Homes has committed to:
* Slash the rent rises
* Remove all parking charges (£17k in saving for residents!)
* Fix the lifts and gates
* Add additional CCTV for security
* Upgrade the building boiler
