Members in an apartment block in Bradford have been dealing with issues for years, including sky high energy bills, damp, mould, broken lifts and security issues so bad that somebody broke into a flat and died in there.
This week, member disrupted viewings and let prospective tenants know exactly what they’re dealing with if they chose to move in.
